Visit us in the Art Studio for our Drop-In Workshops every Friday evening from 6-9, and in the Student Lunchroom on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from noon-4. A different project is available each day and new projects are offered each month. All materials are provided and these workshops are free with museum admission. (children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult)

Additionally, we offer Drawing in our galleries every Friday evening from 6-9pm and Sundays from noon-4. We offer these drop-in drawing sessions for kids and adults and artists/instructors are on hand to help participants create pencil drawings to take home. No experience necessary and all materials are provided.
We rotate through different galleries, so the location varies – see the This Week at the DIA handout at any Information Desk to find out the location.

Thanks for your interest in our classes! Our only upcoming class currently scheduled is a an adult wheel throwing workshop on 9/27.
